I realized the power of technology in changing the way people live their lives while
doing graduation in Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Over the last decade, 3DPLM gave me diverse opportunities to develop software products
and create technologies for future.
At 3DPLM, the passion for delivering world class solutions is unmistakable. It’s
a quest for excellence each day and it has enabled an all round development of my
skills during this journey. The organization encourages continuous learning by creating
opportunities to work with or develop new technologies in PLM and with defined technical
and non-technical development programs.
3DPLM is conscious of its social and environmental responsibilities and is a part
of various social and green initiatives wherein employees are encouraged to participate
and contribute in their own ways. With a very open and transparent culture, it’s

My journey with this organization started in 1998 as a fresher just after I completed
my Masters in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Mumbai.
I grew in the organization watching the organization growing. The exposure
that I have gained during this 12 years odd tenure is immense. Be it the role of
Tech Lead in the first project with large North American Auto industry or Practice
Head or ENOVIA Product Development with DS in 3DPLM, every time it was different
experience and huge learning. Handling technically complex deliveries, managing
sizeable teams and growing business all helped me to become matured professional.
The unique thing about 3DPLM is it’s working culture, fostering Innovation,
technical knowledge sharing and approachable senior management with any ideas or
issues.
This is a wonderful organization to be with and my experience tells that, if you
have passion and patience 3DPLM has everything to offer you that you desire. |

My journey with 3dPLM started with one man team. 3dPLM was in its emerging phase
then. I used to observe many talents around me expanding their horizon excellently
in their technical / functional domain. I just followed the traded path with passion.
It allowed me to learn, think, innovate and execute.
My role of technical architect provided me many opportunities to embrace technical
challenges in many latest technologies like .NET, Java, J2EE, ASP.Net, SharePoint,
PHP, MatrixOne. I received very good support from Tools team. I am grateful to 3dPLM
management for their constant encouragement to explore, learn and build new skills.
As they say, continuous learning gives you ultimate Job satisfaction and I was no
exception. Our encouraging and supporting work culture also allowed me to look after
many of my interests beside work and it includes participate and organize many events,
build Sport infrastructure for 3dplm. After 6 long years with 3dPLM, I am yet to
find a day with NO Work.
In 3dPLM, I experience very unique culture. PASSION, OWNERSHIP are the key words
if you want to be part of 3dPLM. I am proud to be part of 3dPLM. |

As an information designer, I feel I am the luckiest one as I got to work on some of the most important and challenging areas, like changing the look & feel, creating new types of engaging interactive movies for making learning an interesting process. Taking up the usability testing for web applications..delivering trainings, its amazing and very satisfying. Daily there is new challenge and urge to get over it is even bigger than challenge.
The opportunity to work with the industry leading brands and with amazing people with whom you always wanted to be with, some of the best brains from India's reputed institutes makes this place even more exciting.
And the best part of the so far journey is the trust from my seniors/mentors who allowed me to freely try out new things and given me my creative freedom.
I must say it is a place for people with passion and committment with strong sense of ownership in whatever they do.
