quality assurance activities done at 3DPLM.

Quality starts with the definition of an effective test strategy and design of test
cases that represent real life industrial scenarios and simulate customer specific
environments. A wide range of testing ranging from functional testing to installation
testing is carried out to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Our people have the right mix of product expertise and industry domain knowledge
to ensure the quality of Dassault’s products so that they can be efficiently used
in multiple industry segments such as automotive, aerospace, ship building, consumer

Customer Support

We provide front end and back end support to Dassault’s global customers using their
products in various industry segments. The support activity includes resolving customer
queries by suggesting workarounds and advising them best practices for using the
products. Internally, there is a strong liaison between support, development and
quality assurance to make sure that customer requests are fulfilled to their satisfaction.
Ensuring happy customers demands expertise in product knowledge, very good understanding
of customer processes / practices and excellent communication skills. Our support

Product Documentation & Courseware Development
|
|
We work on Product Documentation and Courseware development for various Dassault
Systemes products.
Product documentation involves writing Context Sensitive Help and User Guides that
help the end users to get familiar with the product features and understand its
behavior in different usage scenarios. Courseware development involves creating
user centric and process centric training courses.
Our integrated team of certified product experts, technical writers, instructional
designers and graphics experts deliver interactive courses that are rich in industry
relevant content, graphics and animation using authoring and graphics tools like
XMetaL, Adobe FrameMaker and Dreamweaver.
